Returns & Exchange Policy:

We aim to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your FlexiShield products. However, our Returns & Exchange Policy governs the process to ensure transparency and compliance:

0-2 weeks after purchase: 25% handling and restocking fee applies.

2-4 weeks after purchase: 50% handling and restocking fee applies.

After 4 weeks: No refunds are granted except for cases covered by approved warranty claims.

FlexiShield offers a limited warranty of up to 12 years

Reflek Technologies Corporation warrants that FlexiShield protection films are free from defects in workmanship and workmanship, with a warranty period that varies by product. The warranty covers:

Fading

Discoloration

Cracking

Bubbling

Delamination

Warranty Length by Product:

DFR: 1 year warranty.

DFR PRO: 2 year warranty covering surface damage.

DFR PRO LITE: 2 year warranty covering surface damage.

MAT: 7 year warranty.

Colored PPF: 5 year warranty.

HDL: 3 year warranty.

HP: 5 year warranty.

STH: 10 year warranty.

WSH: 10 year warranty.

WSH PRO: 12 year warranty.

DPH: 12 year warranty.

BHP: 7 year warranty.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover films installed on:

Vehicles used in commercial or professional activities (racing cars, transportation fleets, rental cars).
Marine applications (such as boats and yachts).

How to File a Warranty Claim:

Steps:

Register your product: To ensure a faster claim process.
Bring proof of purchase: Valid proof of purchase from an authorized distributor is required.
Contact the original installer: All claims must be initiated with the original installer.
In the event that a solution is not available from the installer: Reflek Technologies will provide manufacturer coverage.

Important Notes:

Replacement of the defective film is the sole remedy provided.
The warranty does not cover any labor costs.
